I just found out that the Developer at Brickell on the River, a luxury building in the Brickell area, has announced a HUGE reduction to his prices. The developer pricing at Brickell on the River was already very competitive with the rest of the foreclosure market and they have reduced the pricing almost $100K per unit. Most units are now priced under $200 per Square Foot.
Brickell on the River is a full service building with lobby attendant, valet, gym, pool and many more other services. It is located off of
Brickell Ave., making it an amazing building for those who want to buy and rent the unit out. We are continuing to see a strong rental market in the area and do not expect it to slow down anytime soon.
