This is Penthouse B at the Setai, a full-floor unit on the 40th floor that has just sold for the slap-me-silly price of $27 million, ousting that Birkenstock heir’s place at the Continuum as the most expensive condo ever sold in South Florida. The 7,100 square foot sky-castle has only four bedrooms, expansive living spaces, and a terrace you could hold one hell of a rave on. It’s been decorated to the nines, and has two matching master suites. One for the owner, and one for, well, whoever bought it has to figure that out.
