A $25 Million Penthouse To-Be, Atop Graves’ 1500 Ocean Drive

Comparing $25 million listings around the Curbediverse, Curbed National took a a gander at this princely oceanfront perch atop the Michael Graves designed 1500 Ocean Drive, down there in South Beach. The photos of the 8,400 square foot, 5 bedroom, 7 bath penthouse are unreal. So unreal in fact that we think they are acrually highly photoshopped renderings, which means the space may or may not actually exist. Maybe its under construction. What does this possibly nonexistent penthouse feature? A circular glass room, an “unreal” (yeahhh) 7,000 square foot roof terrace, an iPad in every room, a closet “suited for royalty”, a hot tub ringed with Stonehenge-esque columns, and the only private movie theater in South Beach.
