Another Residential Tower Coming To ‘Upper’ Miami River
Curbed Miami

Running short on land near the mouth of the Miami River, or even a little bit inland, yet another residential tower is being proposed further up the river, joining the planned River Landing and currently-under-construction Flagler On The River in a new wave of up-river construction. This time it’s River Tower, by architecture firm Studio X Architects/Arquitectonica alum C. Chloe Keidaish. The building is 34 stories, and wedged on a site between the Miami River and I-95, much like Flagler On The River, which is just a little further up river. More renderings over at exMiami.
