Touzet Studio posts on their Facebook page that the oversized concrete eyebrow, the signature element of their new Gap store on Lincoln Road, has been poured. Touzet’s design is an homage to the bland, but historically relevant midcentury building that came before it. And actually random concrete slabs from the old building were supposed to go in the new one but, you know, shit happens. The completed structure will be a grand, two story Gap store with a corner, glass enclosed grand staircase and that big, beautiful eyebrow.
