Brickell City Centre’s second luxury condo tower reached new heights today.
Reach, the second of two condo towers, celebrated its topping off ceremony, according to developers. The tower is nearly 80 percent sold and is slated for completion by the end of 2015.
Both towers are 43 stories and will have 390 units each. Rise topped off in January.
Amenities include a half-acre amenity deck with heated pools, a poolside cafe, spa, gym and library.
Prices for Rise and Reach range from from $595,000 to $2.7 million, excluding penthouses.
The $1.05 billion mixed-use development spans 5.4 million square feet and will include a retail, hotel and office component. Among the development’s unique features: A thousand-foot long ribbon of steel, fabric and glass that will keep future shoppers at Brickell City Centre cool.
Swire Properties is the developer, which has fully self-funded the project.
