The Dutch Docklands development in Mallorca

The flying Dutchman floats too. A Dutch company, Dutch Docklands, that uses its Dutch expertise to build massive massive floating developments the world over, wants to build its next one in Miami. But first they’ve got to acquire between 500-1000 acres of Biscayne Bayto build schools, housing, a hotel, shopping, and maybe even a golf course. It’ll all be very high-end. Plus it’s sea-level-rise-proof, making it totally safe when the rest of Miami is swimming with the fishes.
