The Heat’s Big 3 are on fire this week, and Dwyane Wade is celebrating a new Miami Beach home purchase along with the team’s fifth straight win yesterday against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Wade scored a $10.65 million, 13,000-square-foot luxury home in Miami Beach, which closed Monday. Wade purchased the six-bedroom estate without laying eyes on it, the end to an exhaustive property search of over 50 coastal homes, according to his realtor, Gloria Salom. The impressive property features over 150 feet of bay frontage and a spectator cabana with a wet bar overlooking the tennis courts that Wade plans to convert to basketball courts. The home, which was a pocket listing at the time of purchase, also boasts a guest house, pool, boatlift and even an air-conditioned dog house. Wade’s new tony bachelor pad is just a few doors down from fellow Heat player Chris Bosh’s new $12.5 million, 12,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style Miami Beach luxury home.
Wade signed off on the property based solely on Salom’s description, and she now reports that he is “very happy,” according to The Wall Street Journal.
