Elysee Miami Launches Sales
Among the many buildings within the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, the Elysee Residences, or Elysee Miami has been one of the most anticipated. Set to join existing buildings like Paramount Bay and the eye-catching Opera Tower, Elysee Residences was facing some hurdles with the FAA because of its proposed 57-story height, making it one of the tallest waterfront buildings in Edgewater. Those hurdles have since been cleared, and the building launched sales on Wednesday.
Elysee Miami’s sales gallery center is as creative as the many anticipated features and amenities within the building. Designed with a strong French interior intended to give buyers an idea of what the aesthetic will be like inside, the building’s developer Two Roads has made the sales center a throwback to the 1940s, focusing on “chic-looking” and “playful-looking.” Visitors can also get a glimpse of what the master bathroom and kitchen will look like. All of this is being overseen by Parisian architect and designer Jean-Louis Deniot, who will also be taking care of the Elysee Miami’s common areas.
There will be 100 units in Elysee Miami condo available with three to five bedrooms and 2,600 to 10,000 square feet of living area. The building will also have a seventh-floor amenity deck featuring a pool spanning 75 feet, a summer kitchen, and much more.
