Flatiron Rooftop Is Very Svelte In Updated Rendering

Brickell Flatiron has sent over an updated and corrected rendering of the building’s rooftop pinnacle and amenity deck. A version somehow obtained by exMiami had a number of rather odd errors. The building is aligned north-south, with the rooftop pools and scalloped balconies oriented on its south side, and that vertical ocean liner smokestack-esque thing further north. It’s long, and slim, with sleek ribbon balconies wrapping the streamlined mass.
