Jade Signature Releases Epic Video Showing Off Its Design

Sunny Isles Beach’s parallelogram-shaped super luxury condo tower Jade Signature has released an epic video celebrating the collaboration amongst its big named designers—starchitects Herzog & de Meuron, interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, and landscape architect Raymond Jungles—and how just oh-so-fabulousely spectacular the building will be. The much touted features of the fifty seven story building, now under construction, include its floor-through units, deep-as-hell terraces, three levels of amenities, underground parking, a connection of the building’s public floors directly to the beach that isn’t violated by a parking pedestal and elevated amenity deck, and a design philosophy that started with the building’s interior and worked outwards.
