Media Turning in Favor of Real Estate?
Every morning I wake up, smell the coffee and get excited about opening my Miami Herald and New York Times and read all the great new articles on why people should be buying real estate in Miami and Miami Beach. A few years ago my steps from my front door to the newspapers in my driveway wasn’t quite as pleasant. I dreaded opening the paper and read more negative stories about Miami real estate (at the time every realtor in town including myself was in denial, and did not agree with the stories)…
Since September of 2008 volume of sales atarted increasing in Florida, after that stories in the papers started changing the angle to a positive one. In our website we keep track of any interesting article related to real estate, we try to be fair and include a balanced variety of publications and angles. But if you look at our articles lately most have been favorable. Read article. In particular the last 3 that I have found have caused a lot of buzz on the street.
I hope you enjoy reading these articles as much as I did, I can tell you that from experience the market has picked up tremendously and we are all feeling that if there was ever a good time to buy real estate in Miami it is now!
