New Renderings and Floorplans Drop for Paraiso Bayviews
Curbed Miami
It wasn’t long ago that Paraiso Bayviews launched sales (like…2 weeks ago!) , and according to ExMiami, 60 percent of the building has been reserved thus far. It also wasn’t long ago that the Paraiso project (consisting of Paraiso Bay, Paraiso Bayviews, and One Paraiso) consisted of just two towers, and now we’ve got four! Making it one of the largest projects in Miami’s history. Okay, with all the megaprojects happening these days, maybe it’s in the top 20. The well-oiled machine, that is the Related Group, is at it again.
The building continues the bubble aesthetic of the other Paraiso towers, with smaller sliding glass doors instead of the more expensive window-walls of the other Paraiso buildings. Units come in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom configurations with dens (usually little nooks large enough for a chair and side table, or maybe a fold out couch, but not both). The bubble side of the building has wrap-around balconies, while the side facing west has smaller, but still ample balconies which, thank the condo gods, are a nice relief from the single-loaded emergency exit catwalks of the other towers.—Andy Morales
