Nice But Not Exhilarating Setai Condo Lists For $15 Million

The brokerbabble for this $15 million spread says “there are only five residences like this in all of South Beach”, a claim that is undoubtedly absolutely not true. Maybe, maybe, because real estate inventory is so low, there are like five residences as boring as this place on the market right now, with the same number of bedrooms, and an approximately similar view, but certainly more than five actually exist. It’s very nice, it’s oceanfront, it’s at the always-fancy-shmancy Setai, the view is gorgeous, but attract much attention for its uniqueness this place will certainly not do. Can you say “cookie cutter?”
