As part of an outdoor sports complex on the building’s ninth floor recreation deck, also including tennis courts, pools, and a running course, Paramount Miami Worldcenter will have a soccer field. Yes, a soccer field. It’s meant to attract South American buyers, which apparently it already has. Marketing trips down there have already attracted reservations of more than ten percent. Another ridiculous feature: “twelve Balinese style two-story villas surrounded by pools.”
