Some real estate developers advertise outdoor living spaces for their condos, while Gil Dezer is touting something a little more secluded — man caves.

Dezer told The Real Deal that his 60-story Porsche Design Tower Miami will have 12,000-square-feet on its third floor dedicated to these caves: The space will be split between six private garages, each able to fit four to nine cars.

The caves are intended for residents who want a museum experience for their vehicles  or a space to set up a bar and living room and smoke cigars with friends.

“It’s for guys who love their cars  to have a place to put them and hang out with their friends,” Dezer, president of Dezer Development, told TRD.

Each cave will have an ocean view. Dezer said only one or two are still up for sale.

The Porsche Design Tower has already caught attention over its luxury amenities, such as balcony plunge pools and the building’s robotic car elevator that places vehicles next to its resident’s unit.

The tower, at 18555 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, is slated for completion in June 2016.  Most of its 132 units have been sold, Dezer said, with a dozen still open. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
