Related condo Marea breaking ground next week

Marea Miami Beach at 801 South Pointe Drive
The Jorge Perez-led Related Group is slated to break ground next week on a Miami Beach condominium project known as Marea.
The two-tower, 28-unit property at 801 South Pointe Drive in the narrow inlet south of Fifth will feature four 2,900-square-foot penthouse, two townhouses and 20,000 feet of retail space. Another Related project, One Ocean, is also located in the neighborhood.
Architecture firm Sieger-Suarez is handling design, while Plaza Construction is building it.[ExMiami] — Mark Maurer
