Renovations Beginning At Downtown’s Historic Langford Hotel

By now, renovations are underway at the Langford Hotel, that historic beaux arts bank downtown that’s being restored and converted to a boutique hotel. They’re beginning with a “$6 million investment even before we are able to get to the hotel’s design”, which likely means they’re spending a ton of money on demo and infrascture work and that choosing wallpaper patterns comes way, way later.
