For years city planners, developers, urbanists, and commercial Realtors have talked about spreading the urban Lincoln Road retail and restaurant environment beyond the famous and heavily trafficked street. Lincoln Lane North, the alley, is slowly becoming more commercial. Even the Apple Store opens on to it. More and more retail spaces are being built along the side streets, and one of the more interesting of those spaces now has a new tenant. The men’s clothing store Suitsupply is opening its first Florida location on the third floor and roofdeck of the new 1000 Building. It opens next week.
