The Innovation of One Thousand Museum
Unique design has become just as important in condo design as the amenities and features found within the buildings. Miami has seen a tremendous amount of cleverly designed buildings, from Ten Museum Park to the mural at 50 Biscayne and many more.
One Thousand Museum promises to become the next big thing in condo design. With acclaimed architect Zaha Hadid overseeing the design, the 62-story building is shaping up to be one of the most eye-catching and original developments in quite a while. It features a striking glass fiber exoskeleton framework (the first of its kind in the country) that allows structural support beams to be moved to the outside and it will also boast a helipad on the rooftop.
You’ll find just 83 units at One Thousand Museum available with ten to twelve-inch ceilings. Anticipated amenities besides the helipad include a ninth floor Sunrise and Sunset pool, plus two additional floors full of amenities on the 60th and 61st floor. The building is expected to be completed by 2018.
Once it’s built, future residents of One Thousand Museum will be near parks, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the American Airlines Arena, Miami Beach to the east, and many more notable places.
