The Related Group Transforms Miami’s East Edgewater with Urbanist Paradise.

The prized waterfront site between the Design District and Downtown Miami is The Related Group’s newest enclave of contemporary ingenuity.

Taking shape on five bay front acres in East Edgewater, the master plan starts with the highly successful Paraiso Bay, and continues next month with the second tower, ONE Paraiso byPiero Lissoni.

With four towers planned featuring world-renowned designers, The Related Group’s goal is to create an urbanist’s paradise of equal parts luxury and lifestyle.

At the Arquitectonica-planned waterfront complex, the world’s top architects and interior designers are creating a thoughtful and modern community that provides prime location, privacy and amenities, while enhancing the neighborhood with an art-filled public park.

Italian superstar Piero Lissoni will design ONE Paraiso, world-renowned Karim Rashid will design Paraiso Bayviews and other world-class designers will be joining the star-studded team soon. Interiors of the first tower will be crafted by London-based United Designers, led by Keith Hobbs, whose clients include George Clooney, Bruce Willis and U2. Enea Studios from Zurich is designing an inspired landscaping plan for the complex, and Related has assembled a team of top designers to put their distinctive stamps on each tower.

Michael Schwartz, the James Beard Award winner for Best Chef South in 2010, will bring a new restaurant and beach club to the Edgewater lifestyle. Designed by Brazilian architect and interior designer Debora Aguiar, the beach club will offer residents waterfront dining and activities, including jet skiing, paddle boarding, and an in-house Paraiso boat to enjoy the Biscayne waters.

“Each member of the design team we’ve assembled believes that the sum of the individual elements will add up to a single, spectacular whole,” said Carlos Rosso, President of The Related Group’s Condominium Division. “Our plan is to transform this five-acre gem of a property into the epicenter of Edgewater where everyone wants to be, next to the Design District and Midtown.”

The property has already attracted international celebrities, including acclaimed DJ and music producer David Guetta, Barcelona-born World No. 1 tennis champion Arantxa Sánchez Vicario, and NBA champion Manu Ginóbili, guard for the San Antonio Spurs.

A partnership with National YoungArts Foundation brings vibrant works by a new generation of artists to the property, keeping innovation at the forefront of the fresh and contemporary development.

Paraiso Bay’s prices average $600 per square foot, a relatively accessible price point for prime bayfront residences.
