Upcoming Miami Condo Projects
There is never a shortage of Miami condo projects being announced or commencing development. Each year a new building promises to outdo all of the others, contributing to Miami’s strong buying, investing, and selling appeal. Here are a few of the most notable projects on the horizon set to become the next best thing in real estate.
Let’s start with Aria on the Bay over in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, scheduled to debut in 2017. The 53-story building is expected to have 647 units with prices ranging from $400,000 for the smaller units to $12 million should a buyer choose to live in the lavish three-story penthouse. The building has already achieved over $150 million in sales, and there will also be more than 18,000 square feet of living area.
The Brickell Flatiron is even taller than Aria on the Bay at 64 stories and will likely be the tallest residential building in the southeastern United States. This condominium has 549 units starting at $465,000 and will open in 2018, with construction beginning towards the end of this year.
Nearly 70 percent of the 410 units at Hyde Midtown have been sold. The building is a joint effort by Dezer Development and the Related Group, and it will also have over 50 hotel rooms and a seventh-floor pool terrace.
