With virtual reality, a flat picture turns into an experience where one can not only see what an apartment will look like, it allows a prospective buyer to also tour the property and get a feel for it too.  With these devices like Oculus Rift or the Samsung Gear VR, a buyer can take stroll through the living room, check out the upstairs area, all without the project actually existing.  Considering that pre-construction projects often grab the attention of foreign buyers that may have limited time, it’s an incredibly effective tool where a developer could potentially create virtual reality renderings of each unit in a building if they wanted to.
