Wynwood House Gets Bold New Paint Scheme For Fall Opening
Curbed Miami
by Sean McCaughan
Goldman Properties’ Wynwood House, which was slated to be open, like, now, has a bold new bright green paint job. They must have decided to switch aesthetics, or artists, mid-construction. Anywho, the old paint scheme had a plant motif and so does the new one, just more so. The old scheme was by Ukrainian street artist Interesni Kaski (if you know who’s doing the new scheme, do let us know, but it’s probably the same guy) and it looks like the building is pretty close to completion. The building includes offices, restaurant space, and live/work units.
UPDATE: The Wynwood House is being painted by the same guy, Interesni Kaski.
